October 1 is the historical moment for the firm. Established on 01-10-1982 and currently located in Rotterdam, Brouwer Steketee Architects adopted its new name, 01-10 Architects, on 01-10-2002.

The basis of our firm is a multifaceted team of dedicated specialists who link our ambitions to the potential of our commissions in a socially responsible manner, which enables them to realize projects with added value.

Specialization
A well-balanced multidisciplinary team of over 25 professionals work on projects all over the country, involving both new constructions and renovations. Our firm comprises the disciplines of urban development, architecture, and building techniques. Our sphere of activities includes the following segments:
