Architectural observations
A compact and logical office building, housing multiple organizations under one roof in the south of Rotterdam. The pavilion-like quality and strong identity make the building into a landmark for the neighbourhood. Because of it’s compact volume, solar shading, construction system and building services installations, the building is very sustainable and energy efficient.
